The Burden of Light is going cross-country!

After over a decade of reworking and rewriting The Burden of Light, it is wonderful to see it get out there into the World… or at least the United States of America (for now.) With the addition of the recent Cordillera International Film Festival, the screenplay has been accepted into five other film festivals!

I am thoroughly excited to attend some of these festivals in person, some for the second time (having screened The Gesture and The Word at several of them.) It is also poignant to be a semi-finalist at the Rhode Island International Film Festival as I was born in Newport on Aquidneck Island.
