Winner - Best Dramatic Screenplay

Filmmaker Helen Alexis Yonov is beyond excited to have been awarded the BEST DRAMATIC SCREENPLAY for her feature film screenplay The Burden of Light at Cordillera International Film Festival on Saturday, July 30, 2022!

Cordillera was an incredible experience where filmmakers - both of features and shorts - come together in Reno, Nevada, to share their work. The support of the filmmakers and the celebration of the craft is at the center of this heartfelt festival.
